Why do parakeets others feed outlive ours?

I learned an average budgerigar or parakeet lives around up to fifteen years, more or less equal to a dog's life expectancy. I wonder why the ones we fed didn't exceed beyond up to seven years. If I was a conspiracy theorist, I'd even say they were shown motionless like dead, reanimated and sold elsewhere. It's a pity they aren't around.

Hello Internet...

I've been using Facebook with a profile that I didn't add friends to, because I needed a profile to run my pages & groups, but sadly its app started acting strange and therefore, I deactivated it, maybe I'll close it altogether after downloading the entire profile.

So, I am kind of 'rolling back' to pre-social media days, not caring about blocks, social network punishments that resemble kindergarten pupil grounding and going my own way, with this blog.
